Last week Ben experienced Vacation Bible School for the first time. There are tons around here, but only one church offers it to 3 and 4 year olds (without mommy having to volunteer). He missed the cut off by 2 days last year. We went to Prosper campus of prestonwood and that church knows how to cater to kids! Ben was a little nervous, but ended up loving "bible school". It was from 9-12 each morning. He even had a friend from school in his class! Between the 3 campuses they reached over 6,000 kiddos (probably close to 2,000 just at Prestonwood North)! Just amazing!!! I loved VBS when I was little. Ben was so bummed that it was over and Briggs was a mess that he couldn't go (next year, buddy). Ben missed the last day to head to Austin. Parking was insane as was the heat, but totally worth it for my little guy to hear God's word!
